Co-Meditation

During Co-Meditation, aspects of the iRest Yoga Nidra protocol are applied in a one-to-one situation. This allows a very individualized and supportive approach in working with you. The backbone of this co-dialogue is the principle of welcoming and accepting whatever is arising in your consciousness as pointers back to your true nature. It is an empowering and self-actualizing practice that you can utilize whenever difficult emotions, beliefs, memories, or sensations arise in your life.

Co-meditation is not psychotherapy. I will not be making suggestions to fix or change you; nor will I be giving you advice. Like a mirror, I simply hold sacred space and reflect back to you the messages conveyed by your inner wisdom. Co-Meditation is a way to open into our inherent wholeness, which exists as an unchanging ground from which to meet life’s challenging situations.
